The road closure will be in effect 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays. The road will be open to public travel Saturdays and Sundays. This closure will remain in effect until logging activities to remove hazardous trees along the roadway have concluded.
Access to the Wolverine Basin trailhead will be limited and visitors are asked to plan accordingly. Travelers in this area are also advised to drive cautiously due to logging truck traffic.
