Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) announced the final edition of its Friday Evening programs will be held this Friday, September 1st from 8:30p to 10pm.

As has been tradition at the park, our resident night sky expert Tom Satterly returns to talk to us about some of the unique features of the night sky. Tom is of our favorite presenters and we are happy to have him back for out 11 annual stargazing campout!

Tom will be bringing a large reflecting telescope with him so that everyone may have a chance to view the stars in a way. Tom, a historical presenter, will also be telling some stories and history of the night sky.
