Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks game warden, Justin Singleterry, is seeking information about a bull elk that was discovered off the side of Three Mile Creek Road, near the entrance to the Three Mile Wildlife Management Area east of Florence.

Singleterry said the elk was dumped at the location on or about October 10th. The antlers were removed and about half of the meat was still attached and left to waste.   Wardens are investigating evidence found at the scene and are looking for help from anyone that might have information on this incident

Anyone with information is encouraged to call 1-800-TIP-MONT (1-800-847-6668).  Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to a conviction.
