Black Eagle poacher loses hunting privileges

A man has had his hunting rights stripped after allegedly shooting a mule deer buck outside Black Eagle on Nov. 8, according to the Great Falls Tribune.

Ross R. Zuck, 32, was cited for hunting from a motor vehicle, hunting during a closed season because it was in a town, unlawful use of equipment while hunting/artificial light and unlawful hunting within a city or town. His hunting privileges were stripped for 12 years and he was fined.
