Christmas traditions in my household here in Montana include anything from water trapping, checking wolf traps, eating like it’s Thanksgiving to watching movies all day. We don’t usually venture too far away from any of those activities during Christmas, except that one time when we were on a cruise ship in Mexico, but we’re open to anything, really. So, that made me think about traditions from sportsmen around the world.
Being that I have Russian roots, I wondered what types of Christmas traditions sportsmen in Russia have. Thanks to the internet, I found one of them–and it’s pretty cool. I wouldn’t mind this being one of my Christmas traditions, either.
