If you are an adult that has completed Montana’s online hunter education course, here are two field days FWP has scheduled in Great Falls:
- 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 3
- 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sept. 15.
Montana state law says that hunters must take hunter education before they hunt in Montana if he/she was born after January 1, 1985. The location of the field days are at FWP, 4600 Giant Springs Road, Great Falls. Note that the online course is available only to those 18 and older and spaces are limited–registration is only available to those who have successfully completed the online course. In order to receive your hunter’s ed certificate of completion card, you must participate in a field day.
