The Fort Peck chapter of Walleyes Unlimited and Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks are hosting a free ice fishing day on Glasgow’s Home Run Pond on Saturday.
The day of fishing is designed for youth but all who are interested are welcome. Ice holes will be pre-drilled and necessary equipment including rods, bait and tackle will be included. Fishing licenses are not required for the event.
There will also be hot dogs and hot chocolate served at no cost. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon.
