Sportswomens Advocacy Clinic To Take Place In Billings

A clinic to train outdoors oriented women how to effectively advocate for conservation, public lands and wildlife issues will be held this week in Billings.

The one day clinic takes place May 19 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 2905 Montana Ave. The event is organized and instructed by Alexis Bonogofsky, a local farmer, hunter, writer and photographer, Montana Untamed reported.

Attendees will learn about environmental laws, how to approach decision makers, navigate communication channels and discuss current conservation issues. The clinic is free and there will be a lunch consisting of wildgame butchered by Bonogofsky.
