Sunrise yoga at Buffalo Jump

Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) will host a Sunrise Yoga class at First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park on Saturday, June 9  8:00 am.

Renew your mind and rejuvenating your body with Sunrise Yoga.  Join yoga teacher and therapist, Pamela Joe Quinn for a very spiritual yoga class at the top of First Peoples Buffalo Jump. All experience levels are welcome. Participants will meet at the visitor center then travel to the top of the jump. Bring your own mats or ones will be provided for a small fee.

In case of rain, the class will be held in the Visitor Center. To pre-register, call (406) 866-2217. Class size is limited to 20 individuals if held indoors. Cost of the class is $4 per person.

When: Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 8:00 am.

Where: First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park – Upper Visitor Area (continue past the visitor center 2.5 miles)

The park is 3.5 miles north of Ulm, just off of Interstate 15 at Exit 270.

First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park is one of the largest buffalo jumps in North America. The visitor center and interpretive trails tell the story of the people, the animals and the landscape of the buffalo culture. In 2014, more than 17,000 people visited this state park.
