Canyon Ferry:  Rainbow fishing has been fair with a few being caught by boat anglers using cowbells or spoons, tipped with worms, near the dam and by shore anglers using worms at Confederate Bay. Walleye action has been good around Goose Bay and Hellgate Bay trolling worm harnesses tipped with worms.  A few perch are being caught in these areas as well while searching for walleye.  Shore anglers are catching a few walleye and perch throughout the reservoir using worms and/or jigs (standard and floating) tipped with worms.  Adam Strainer, FWP, Helena

Hauser:  Rainbow fishing is providing some good action from shore at the Causeway Bridge and Riverside while using worms or wooly buggers. Boat anglers are finding rainbows as well trolling cowbells around White Sandy.  Walleye and perch fishing are slow.  Troy Humphrey, FWP, Helena

Holter:  Rainbow fishing is good while trolling cowbells throughout the lower reservoir from Split Rock to Holter Dam.  Shore fishing for rainbows is slow. Perch fishing is good around weedy areas while using jigs and worms.  A few walleye are being caught mixed in with the schools of perch.  Troy Humphrey, FWP, Helena
