Canyon Ferry:  Anglers continue to be few and far between throughout the reservoir.  Rainbow trout have been caught recently from shore using worms or trolling cowbells, tipped with worms, throughout the reservoir.  No report for yellow perch and walleye, but trolling worm harnesses and cranks in 20 to 35 feet of water this time of year typically yields results.  Adam Strainer, FWP, Helena

Hauser:  Rainbow fishing is good while trolling cowbells, spoons or rapalas around White Sandy, the Causeway and Spokane Bay.  Shore fishing is producing rainbows at the Causeway Bridge and below Canyon Ferry Dam on worms, Powerbait or Wooly Buggers.   Walleye and perch fishing are slow.  Troy Humphrey, FWP, Helena

Holter:  Rainbow fishing is good while trolling cowbells in the lower reservoir from Split Rock to the dam and in the canyon by Gates of the Mountains.  Rainbows are being caught from shore at Departure Point and Gates of the Mountains while using worms. Perch and walleye fishing are slow.  Troy Humphrey, FWP, Helena
