Brad Johnson was attacked by one or two grizzlies last September while hiking in the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness. (He’s not sure since he was face down the entire time.) His church recently produced a video where Johnson recounts, in horrifying detail, the pain and fear of the assault. His three buddies, who helped keep him alive, also recount the ordeal. Check out my story of his re-telling in this week’s Billings Gazette. https://billingsgazette.com/outdoors/video-revisits-when-minnesotan-was-mauled-by-grizzlies-in-beartooth/article_075a5f1b-37a0-58b9-aae7-38dad2680ed6.html
