Lower Holter Lake Boat Ramps Now Open

Leonard from Roberts Bait and Tackle in Great Falls told us that the lower boat ramps on Holter are now open, and folks are putting their boats in the water!  Leonard also told us that the boat docks should be in by this weekend, weather permitting, on Holter Reservoir.
