MT State Houndsmen Assoc. presents the Lolo Field Trial!

The Lolo Field Trial by Montana State Houndsmen Association is coming up!  Here’s the breakdown:

Schedule of events:
Early Registration and sign up Friday Night:

Saturday May 4th:
7am to 9am, registration and Paint Dogs
MUST sign up before 9am for Open Coon entry

~Open Coon Drag
~Puppy Coon Drag ( dogs under 1 yr old)
~Kids Coon Drag (handlers under 12 yrs old)
~Open Cat Drag
~Veteran Cat Drag ( dogs 8+yrs )
~Kids Bench Show (kids 12 yrs and under)
~Single Tree ( barking competition, 1 dog)
~Double Tree (barking competition, 2 dogs in a pair)
~Coon Final
~POTLUCK DINNER, MSHA will have a pig roast for all attendees, please bring a Dish to share. Bring your own beverages
~Cat Final
~Trophy Ceremony
~ Raffle Drawings, Must be present to win

SUNDAY May 5th:
~Bear Blowout Drag , $250 first Tree, $250 First line prizes
~Fastest to Tree

Here’s how to get there:

From Alberton, MT: Take Interstate 90 , take exit 77, Turn south onto Petty Creek Road. Drive 16.5 miles, Follow Signs, Field trial will be on Left.
From Lolo, MT: West on Highway 12, drive 16.4 miles. Turn right onto Graves Greek Road. Drive 1.4 Miles, follow signs. Field Trial on Right.

Dry Camping available at Field trial location. Bring your own WATER!
