Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is seeking public input on its proposal to construct a new maintenance and equipment building at Warm Springs Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in Deer Lodge County.

Under the proposal, FWP would build a 40’x60’ metal-frame building and concrete pad. The structure would serve as the new work area and storage area for the maintenance crew that operates out of the Warm Springs WMA location.

View the draft environmental assessment and provide input by Monday, July 1. To review and comment, visit FWP’s website, fwp.mt.gov, under “News,” then “Recent Public Notices.” Or, request information and comment by contacting Region 2 FWP, 3201 Spurgin Rd., Missoula 59804; by phoning 406-542-5540; or by emailing shrose@mt.gov.
