The Cody Firearms Museum is unveiling its newly remodeled facility to the public this weekend in Wyoming. The $12 million retrofit includes more hands-on and educational displays to appeal to a diverse audience, as well as continuing to display and interpret its large collection for the firearm’s aficionado. The museum is just one of five in the larger Buffalo Bill Center of the West, so there’s plenty of displays and history to consume no matter what your other family members’ interests might be. Among the new displays at the Firearms Museum are touch-screen panels interpreting different battle firearms, artistic guns, as well as a hands-on gun lab.
