Astronomy Program Under the Makoshika Night Sky

(Glendive, MT) – Montana State Parks ( will host the astronomy program, Under the Makoshika Night Sky at Makoshika State Park on Saturday, September 28 at 8pm.
Join us for a special look at the Makoshika State Park night sky with AmeriCorps member Amber VanMeter and Friends of Makoshika Vice President David Keltgen.  Enjoy a brief astronomy presentation followed by an examination of the night sky through telescopes. Telescopes will be provided. Please dress appropriately for weather and bring anything else you may need for comfort. This program will take place at Campsite #24.
