If you have a spare $30 million in your bank account, a ranch along the Stillwater River formerly owned by Mel Gibson is up for sale. The ranch boasts four miles of river frontage, as well as a variety of wildlife – elk, antelope, deer, upland birds and waterfowl. It’s also only five miles from the airport in Columbus if you want to land your private jet there. Gibson sold the ranch back in 2005 to a local couple. They protected part of the ranch in a conservation easement, carved off another portion of it for their place, and are now selling the rest. Want to know more?
