Our cancellation policy has been revised during the coronavirus situation. You have 14 days prior to your scheduled trip to receive a full refund and up to 7 days for a 50% refund.
If you’re not feeling well enough to participate, we encourage you to let us know. Please stay home and take care of yourself. Your health and the health of our guides is our priority.
We will be using this model until June 1st and then reassessing the policy as needed.
We are also strongly urging our clients to look into getting travel insurance. We suggest looking into IMG Insurance. By purchasing a policy within 20 days of making your initial deposit, you have the widest range of policy options specifically (cancel for any reason) offered in their Travel LX insurance plan.
