Brett French Presents: Plague in Yellowstone Pumas

The same disease that caused millions of deaths back in the 1300s still roams the West – bubonic plague. The disease gained attention once again following the release of a scientific study from the southern Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Researchers studying cougars found a high incidence of the big cats exposed to plague and a couple of deaths. It’s a good reminder to lion hunters to beware.
