Ashley & Bitterroot Lake
Salmon bite has slowed down. Pick up some Wedding Rings or Trolling flies for better luck.

Echo Lake
Smallmouth and Largemouth fishing is good. Throw some chatter baits, paddle tails or top water for the best luck.

Flathead Lake
Whitefish bite is still slow. Have heard some reports in the Big Arm and Delta, but they have been sporadic. Still trolling the cut plugs with maple sausage for those Lakers.

Flathead River
The River is finally looking good. Throw some Panther Martin’s out there for your Trout. Fly fishing is getting good. Use your Stimulators and Dry Flies in the hot weather.

Flathead River Sloughs
Pike are starting to hit. Throw spinner baits or Jaw Breaker spoons. You could also try some top water frogs for bass and may even snag a Pike bite as well.

Hungry Horse Reservoir
Fishing has been great. Pick up some Kamloopers or spoons to catch the big trout. Salmon eggs also have been doing OK as an alternative.
