Beaverhead- Fishing well and have great reports even with the bump in flows. Fish have been looking up for some Yellow Sallies, PMDs, hoppers and ants. Water temps are heating up and the weeds are starting, so if you head this way, early morning will be better for fishing. ***Hoot Owl restrictions in place from Anderson Lane to the Jefferson River.***

Bitterroot/Clark Fork/Rock Creek-  Terrestrials such as a hopper dropper rig are a great way to go. Spruce Moths in some sections as well.

Canyon Ferry – Stripping a leech around the North end has resulted in some fat rainbows hitting the net. The Carp game has also been a hot one lately!

Hauser/Holter – Fishing has been good.

Dailey Lake- If the “w” stays relatively calm this can be a good option during runoff. Leeches and smaller streamers stripped over weed beds can be very productive.

Hyalite- The creek is flowing strong but fish are eating nymphs and a few are taking an Adams on the surface. The lake is fishing well with leech patterns.

Cliff and Wade – Fishing is starting to get good over here stripping leeches and buggers. Damselflies are the hot ticket.

Quake Lake – Good reports lately with leeches and caddis action in the evening.

Clark Canyon – No reports yet

Hebgen- A good number of boats are fishing the north shores and arms. Callibeatis and Damselflies are the name of the game right now.

Harrison Lake – There has been fish feeding in the weed beds in some shallower spots. The big powerboats have started using the lake as well so keep an eye out.

Ennis Lake- Callibeatis are bringing the gulpers out. Watch out for the afternoon winds.

Ponds Around Town – These have been popular spots over the last month. Jigging a leech over a weed bed should draw attention.
