Kiley Jons was On the Spot this season! Earlier this year his farm was partially burned during the Bridger Foothills fire. This Bozeman hunter has also become a husband and Father. Needless to say, getting time to hunt is not easy.
Recently he managed to Socially Distance himself for some hunting in the Breaks! After some searching, scoping, walking, and more searching, even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while!
Killer Kiley was able to tag a great Mulie Buck and a fat cow elk. Not bad for a hard-working Father, Husband, and fire fighter! Fortunately, his freezer was not burned, and it is now filled with winter meat!
Hunting is not always about a trophy. The time spent afield is also nourishing to our spirits and souls. Somehow, there is always hope when we hunt. Anything can happen, as it did for Kiley.
His real trophies are his wife, children, family, and friends! A full freezer, and family, is a nice problem to have. Well done Killer Kiley!
