2009 Camp Mak-A-Dream Walleye Benefit Entry forms available for the Camp Mak-A-Dream Walleye Benefit Entry forms and information on the 2009 Camp Mak-A-Dream Walleye Benefit on Canyon Ferry Reservoir are now available Online. The family-based event will be held on Aug. 1 out of the Silos. It costs $60 per boat with no limit on the safe number of fishermen per boat. All of the $50 entry fee goes to the cancer camp for youths and young adults at Gold Creek, Mont., with the $10 conservation fee going to enhance Canyon Ferry fisheries. The limit is 100 boats.
