Pineapple Spiced Vension

What you need.

One pound cubed venison steak

Quarter cup flour

Quarter pound margarine

Half teaspoon salt

One red bell pepper

One green bell pepper

Half teaspoon crushed red chiles

Half cup pineapple – drained

One small onion -sliced

Three tablespoons soy sauce

Two tablespoons corn starch

Half cup pineapple juice

Quarter cup vinegar

Quarter cup sugar

Four cups cooked white rice

 

What you do.

Cover the meat with the flour and brown. Now add the peppers,chiles and onions. Saute for a few minutes until they just begin to soften slightly. Add the remaining ingredients ,except rice, and cook until meat mixture thickens and then pour over the rice. Goes great with melons and fresh fruit.
