Spanish Rice A La Venison

What you need.

Two slices bacon- chopped

Quarter onion chopped

Half pound ground venison

Half teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon paprika

one sixteen ounce can stewed tomatoes

steamed rice

 

What you do.

Saute the bacon and then add the onion and venison and brown. Add the rest of the seasonings along with the tomatoes and simmer for thirty minutes or longer. Serve over the hot steamed rice.
