Brandt Hamernick, of Missoula, and Tracy Powers fished Tiber Reservoir a couple of weeks ago. They did real well on the northerns and perch. The walleye fishing was a little slow, but they fished the Willow Creek arm where it had 9 inches of ice. Hammer caught the big pike in 20 feet of water fishing about 2-4 feet from the bottom. He was using a 1 and 1/2 inch minnow on 10 pound mono test. He caught it at 10 o’clock in the morning.
