Within a few weeks of getting a monster whitetail during archery season (click HERE for his whitetail story), Tony Jones, who works in Sales at Industrial Lumber in Hamilton, Montana and also holds the title as President of the Ravalli County Fish and Wildlife Association, got himself a monster mule deer.
The interesting thing about Tony, an avid archery hunter, shooting this particular muley is that it is the first deer he has shot with a rifle since 1989. He successfully pursued this beauty, pictured above, in eastern Montana to put some more meat in his freezer.
Additionally, he got a bull elk last weekend, too, so be sure to check back next week for more information on his bull and that hunt!
