Berny and the Captain went skiing at Snowbowl on Sunday. Missoula’s local ski mountain, just a few minutes from downtown, was busy with skiers of all ages. The temperatures were mild, and the hill received 6-8 inches of new snow. The parking lot was full, but the lift lines were not very long which made for more than enough time for a lot of time skiing.

The back side of the mountain was phenomenal skiing. (Keep in mind that the Captain is a groomed run skier). The front side of the mountain had some ice patches to deal with, especially on the lower part of Paradise.

However, the new snow made these spots a lot easier to navigate. The famous Last Run Bar was hopping with folks enjoying their favorite beverage and tasty pizza that they put out.

All in all, it was a great day skiing and having fun at Snowbowl.
