I can’t think of anything better to do this weekend than head to the 12th Annual Darby Logger Days! This competition celebrates the logging industry which includes everything from log-rolling and ax-throwing to chain saw toss and pole climbing–and much much more!
When you’re ready to stretch your legs in between events, you can enjoy the dozens of vendor booths that will be set up there. Stars from the television show “Ax-Men” are known to frequent the event, and you might even see another celebrity or two from shows such as Ice Road Truckers. Oh, and be sure to say hello to the Montana Outdoor Radio Show’s very own Angela Montana while you’re there!
If you aren’t sure that logging is your thing, that is okay–it doesn’t have to be! You are pretty much guaranteed to have a good time. There are events for kids to participate in and also a beer garden for the adults. There are raffles, auctions and more! Eat some grub while you’re listening to live music, and then kick up those heels and get your boogie on when the bands are playing! Everything begins at 5pm tomorrow!
