Have you ever been out shooting prairie dogs in eastern Montana, and you come across an antelope fawn, so you decide to watch it for a few minutes?  Well, a couple of people did that back in May of 2010, and they couldn’t believe what they witnessed, and on-camera nonetheless!

The fawn was bitten by a rattlesnake right before their eyes………..they killed and ate the rattlesnake afterward, but, according to one of the guys, TJ Templeton of Missoula, the snake wasn’t that tasty.  The fawn must have survived, as Templeton said they approached it approximately an hour after the bite, and it ran away.
