Katie Swanson was recently nice enough to take the Captain’s recent Lake Trout catch and cook up a delicious meal. It is a super easy way to make mouth watering lake trout.
The recipe is rub with coconut oil then mayo lightly sprinkle with simply salsa spice from
tastefully simple or a combo of peppers onions and other great fish spices.
Cook at 350 uncovered until flakes with fork about 35 to 45 min.
It was moist and very delightful.
