Game cameras are up everywhere in Montana, and snapshots of all types of critters are being captured by pre-season hunters scouting. Sometimes, though, game cameras are set up for protection of livestock.
Here is a set of photos that captured a lone wolf on a ranch in Darby on the morning of August 4th, before 3am. There were cows and calves on this property, and after the land lessees saw these pictures, their livestock was moved to a different area.
