Hunting: Turkey season is coming soon, April 11th. Spring bear also begins April 15th. Get your bows and rifles out and get ready for a fun spring. Bob Wards has turkey decoys out and ready. We also have calls for the bear season. Stop in and take a look at what we have.

Fishing:

Canyon Ferry: Ice has come back and is holding 8-10 inches by the silos but with temperature changes coming this weekend caution is still recommended. Fishing has been okay with perch with a few walleyes being taken as well.

Local Areas: The holding reservoir has some ice and kokanee have been hitting but ice conditions are variable so high caution should be taken on the ice.

Black Sandy has 8 to 10 inches of ice and has been decent fishing but please use caution with temperature swings this weekend.

Little Black Foot: We’ve had a plenty of customers heading over here to get in some great early bird fly fishing. Nymphing is the ticket this time of year so bring some bead-headed Pheasant Tails and black or olive buggers you should get some good bites in some gorgeous country.
