The Sportsmen’s Alliance and Sportsmen’s Alliance Foundation are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial matters, as well as some operational aspects, of the growing non-profit organizations.

The position is based at the organizational headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

The CFO should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience working at a non-profit or private company or division of a large corporation. Some experience in the outdoor industry is valuable, but not required. Experience partnering with an executive team, and a high level of written and oral communication skills are necessary. A demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and guiding investment in people and systems is required. An MBA in finance or other advanced degree or related certification is desirable.

A passion for hunting, fishing, and trapping is essential. A desire to win and an interest in helping advance a growing organization in an exciting and fast-paced environment is necessary. A willingness to lead by working with the executive management team to guide the organizations toward success is required.
