September 12th Summaries -Bill from Bob Wards says the Bighole is doing really well. In the Missoula area, the rivers are doing excellent. -Bill from Rock Creek Marina says there was an 11 1/2lbs walleye caught last week on FT Peck. -Brett French Outdoor Editor of the Billings Gazette says there was a 13lbs Northern caught on Tongue River, and his weekly article at Montanaoutdoor.com talking about bear awareness. Chancy from Snappy’s in Kalispell says there is some good kokannee action, and good reports out of Middle Thomson. -Dale at Don’s says the count is in for Spring Creek and it’s a nymphers dream. -Dallas at Highline Cleaners in Chester says there’s been some success found on Tiber, but it has been a bit slow at times. -John at Lakeside Resort in Trout Creek says Northern Pike fishing has been great. -Leonard Roberts from Great Falls says fishing Holter is still producing now that it re-opened. -Mike Markum of the Stone Fly Fly Shop in Butte says the Bighole has been fishing really good. -Rob from Ronan Sports and Western says the Mission Valleys waters are producing. -Ron Aashiem of the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks says the public comment period for fishing regulations has been extended to October 3rd.
