Land owners otherwise reluctant to open their land to hunters might take on a different perspective after learning about Adam Onsrud of Hamilton who let two first time hunters participate in Montana’s 2015 youth hunt.
Because of his generosity two brothers Christian and Josh Easley shot their first deer after Onsrud took them to a safe place to shoot their rifles and get comfortable. The boys were showed how to shoot and then how to hunt under the watchful eye of an experienced hunter.
