Our friend Mary Beth Kibler of Kibler Outfitting and Charter Fishing, checks in with us from Hell Creek on Fort Peck.

My fishing guests for tomorrow are from Glasgow so I am meeting them early at Bone Trail. We enjoyed 3.32” of rain this week and it was cold and windy. We rescheduled our trips as 30+ winds, with 40-50 mph gusts ..with rain behind it just isn’t fit fishing weather. Jim Muzynoski and Brian Albrecht have been out for us the last couple of days and did very well even though the water temperature has cooled down at least 10 degrees. They’ve been catching some huge small mouth bass, plenty of northern pike and some nice walleye. Yesterday and today they released a 29”, 28” and 2 27” walleyes and kept a limit of nice chunky walleye. We’re still going way west to warmer water.
