Montana FWP Fish Biologist Heath Headly Explains Salmon in Fort Peck

When some hear that large Chinook salmon are being caught in Fort Peck, they find it hard to believe. It is obvious that they are not native to the water, and were introduced in the early 80’s. Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks biologist, Heath Headly, was a special guest on the latest episode of the Montana Outdoor Radio Show. Heath explains the process of introducing salmon to the reservoir and how they have flourished.
