Keyvin Weber, of Missoula, headed out hunting in an area he and his Dad used to hunt that is just outside of Whitefish this past weekend–and Keyvin found success! He shot a nice black bear–his first one! While taking the bear through the FWP game check, they determined that the bear was approximately 5 and a half years-old and measured it to be around five feet. The fall fur on the bear is thick and plush, and Keyvin couldn’t be happier with his his first harvest of the 2016 rifle season and his first bear!
