Young Hunter Davis came about a dead grizzly cub while hunting. The dead bear was found in the Placid Lake area. It was reported to Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks and U.S. Forest Service officials. They speculated that the bear had been either hit by a vehicle or killed by another animal. The bear appeared to have been dragged a little way and had its insides eaten.
That is one heck of a find…
