Bison Burgers Don’t Come From Beef

Hunting in Montana is often marketed as a trophy hunters paradise.

And in many respects it is.  Recently John MacGillivray shot a West Yellowstone Cow Bison during a fair chase hint using a rifle once carried by his Great Grandfather in the 1800’s.

The bison hunt was a special event enjoyed with friends and family.  The weather was cold, the work hard.

Today, the MacGillivray family is enjoying the table fare that can only come from wild bison. Good “organic” food is one of the many reasons we hunt and afterall we can’t get bison burgers from beef.

Congratulations once again to John and his family for their fresh bison burgers!
