A photographer and her family were on a snowmobile trip in the Kootenays of British Columbia, when they stumbled upon a bald eagle that was stuck in a snare. The video shows them helping free the bird and calming it down so they could turn it over to FWP. The eagle was treated for dehydration and a hurt wing, but is hoped to be released back into the wild.
