Hunter Education Classes Available in NW Montana

If you or a new hunter need to take a hunter education class to hunt during the 2017-2018 season the opportunities are limited.  Here are five classes in NW Montana for you – free of charge:

Students must be at least 10 years old to register for a hunter education class; there is no maximum age limit. Any person born after January 1, 1985, must show a certificate of completing a hunter education course to purchase a hunting license in Montana. Classes are free of charge.

ALL Students must register online for hunter education courses.

When registering, students should take note of specific information and requirements for each course, which is included in the online posting.

Troy, at Troy High School:

Classroom – August 21, 22, 23, 25 (6pm–8pm)

Field Day – August 24 (8:30am – 1:30pm)
