Chronic wasting disease hunt approved (by Brett French)

The Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission has approved a special hunt for deer in south-central Montana. Hunters will have to buy $10 tags to take part. The licenses go on sale on Monday, Dec. 11. The season, which will open on Dec. 15, could end abruptly if the department’s quota is met.
