Hunters and trappers in Montana are rockin it! The wolf population is being managed due to the success of the hunters and trappers that tagged wolves this season. The total number of wolves harvested as of Sunday, March 11th is 251, with 163 wolves by hunters and 88 wolves by trappers. Montana’s wolf trapping season ended on February 28th, and wolf hunting season ends on March 15th.
