For those of you waiting for the Blackfoot River report, here is what Grizzly Hackle has to say as of April 2nd:
Blown out right now with snow melt. Lots of low elevation snow up here still, so it might be a while.
They gave fishing the river a 1/5 and also suggest using an Elk Hair Caddis and/or a Krystal Spinner.
