Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks personnel responded to a report of a dead grizzly bear in the Coram area on Saturday, June 9. The male grizzly bear was estimated to be approximately 2.5 years old.
Information was turned over to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, which is conducting the investigation.
