While the river has improved substantially in the last week or so, it’s still a tad high. Clarity is adequate. Once it drops a little further, the fish will concentrate a little more and action will pick up. Dead drifting buggers or other streamer patterns along with a stonefly pattern or a big rubber leg like a girdle bug is as good as anything. There may be some action on the big dry like a Chubby in some of the smaller side channels. If float fishing, note that the road at the Indian Fort FAS at Reed Point is closed, and the Twin Bridges access is virtually impassable.
