The fish on Hebgen Lake seem to still be moving around. Move around the lake and try out your tackle box on them—we’ve heard of catches on a wide variety of tackle and flies. Nightcrawlers are working well, especially in shallow water and near the shore. The surface water temp is holding at around 60 degrees or just below. Gorgeous fall days, with crisp mornings and cool evenings being the best fishing times.
